At present it is being run at Tarapore Enclave (new building) as it shifted in August 2003. The Vidyalaya is 8 k.m. away from the bus stand. Three wheelers are frequently available to reach the school.
This vidyalaya caters to the needs of about 850 students under the care of a dedicated team of 45 teachers and supporting administrative staff.
Our Mission
KVS has a four fold mission viz:-To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees including defence and para military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
To initiate and promote experimentations and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like CBSE, NCERT, etc.
To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of “Indianness” among children.
